Why didn’t anyone tell me before? I could’ve died not knowing Jesus, Jake* told his grandmother on the way home after taking part in One Mission Kids’ newest five day missions program, Illumin8: It’s W.A.T.T. We Do! Although Jake had heard the Good News before, it was only last month that he understood God’s amazing love for him.
After hearing the story of Gideon, (and more than a year of prayer by his grandparents and OMK leaders Jason and Lora Campbell) he responded that he wanted Jesus in his heart. Jake beamed with joy as he realized how simple it was to trust Christ as his Savior. Thanks to your prayers and financial support, Jake and many other children have the opportunity to accept Christ and grow their missionary hearts.
